Our Story…
We all know difficult situations come upon us quickly and unexpectedly. Thrust into this in 1995, after our mother/grandmother had a stroke, our family became advocates and caregivers overnight. Our situation was nothing compared to our beautiful matriarch’s. Unexpected. Lifechanging.
Luminate Home Care was formed to help clients and their families with these difficult turns and the challenges in our everyday lives. We value the comforts, love, and security of home.
We strive to extend grace, empathy, and honor to each client and their family as an advocate, caregiver, and listening ear.
Simply put, we have a heart for service.
Services
Personal Care: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming & Hygiene, Eating, Transfers, and Medication Reminders.
Homemaker: Light housekeeping, Laundry, Meal preparation, Errands & Appointments, and Shopping
Companion/Sitter: Accompanying to recreational and social events, Visit friends, Reading, Games, and Organizing and reading mail.
Respite: Provided for relief of persons normally providing care.
Transportation: Doctor appointments, Errands, Shopping, Social events.
Medical Alert Systems: Presented by Lifestation
Medication Set Up: Available by a licensed nurse
All caregivers are bonded and insured, backgrounds checked, and drug screened.
